• Our services cover Industrial System Integration, Machine Vision, Automation, Smart Factory, and the AI Training Cloud Platform. This website is for information, contact, and general publication.
• Our platform is a SaaS for managing datasets, labeling, model training, and deployment for Computer Vision workloads.
• The website is not a direct transaction or ordering system. Project engagements require a separately signed contract or purchase order.

• Content, prices, budgets, timelines, performance numbers, uptime, throughput, specifications, case studies, architecture, diagrams, and any other technical data on the site are general information for preliminary review only.

5. Demo systems, dashboards, and trial environments

• Dashboard demos, ERP demos, SCADA demos, and any trial systems published through our website are provided solely for demonstration and preliminary evaluation.
• Do not enter real, confidential, personal, production, or accounting/legally significant data into the demo systems unless we agree in writing.
• We may reset, modify, suspend, close, or change demo systems without prior notice.
• We make no warranty that data in demo systems is accurate, complete, secure, continuously available, or suitable for actual use in your facility.

6. Information you submit, confidentiality, and NDA

• Information you submit to us via the website, email, LINE, or other channels — for consultation, project evaluation, or quotation — is used to contact you back, assess requirements, and prepare preliminary proposals.
• If such information is a trade secret, production data, drawing, layout, source code, PLC program, recipe, process parameter, or other sensitive material, you should notify us in advance and consider executing an NDA before sharing.
• Information submitted before an NDA is in place is treated as data we may use within the normal scope of evaluation and follow-up.

10. Prohibited use and system security

• Users are prohibited from:

• Attempting to bypass authentication, access control, rate limits, or security measures;
• Conducting penetration tests, vulnerability scans, load tests, or stress tests without written permission;
• Uploading malware, scripts, payloads, exploits, phishing content, or illegal material;
• Using demo systems to store real data, falsify transactions, simulate attacks, or disrupt other users;
• Reverse engineering, copying, extracting, or reusing source code, UI, dashboard templates, database schemas, or configurations without permission.
• We reserve the right to take legal action, suspend access, block offending IPs, or apply other necessary measures.
• Security vulnerability disclosure: if you find a vulnerability, please report it to [email protected] and do not disclose it publicly before we can investigate and remediate.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
