The challenge

Heat treatment requires recording temperature, time and batch number for every cycle. The old workflow was paper-based — error-prone, and historical audits were nearly impossible. When a customer raised a claim, the data couldn't be found.

Our Solution

What we built

Connected the furnace PLC to a data logger that captures the full temperature curve automatically. Every batch is tied to a QR code on the part basket and can be pulled up from the dashboard in under a minute.
